A reputation is made up of the opinions/feelings which people have towards a person, company, etc.

An important formula to consider is the following:


A reputation can determine who will favor (or dislike) a company or person. With a good reputation, consumers are driven to try a company’s products. If a parent is enrolling their child into school and they find that their local school has an awful reputation, they will more than likely search for one with a better reputation.

Companies must consider their constituents, who make up their reputation, when making major decisions and changes. CEOs must not solely care about profit!
